The report emphasizes that a lot of civilians are trapped in urban areas and seek the ways to escape the fighting in the region. The crisis inside the conflict zones has harmed many people and forced them to flee while many intolerable hardships and challenges are ahead.<br \/>\nViolation of international humanitarian law is evident and a wide array of serious abuses is committed by both armed groups who have seized control and Ukraine forces who try to recapture territory.<br \/>\nHuman rights abuses include abductions involving physical and psychological torture as well as ill-treatment of the detainees.
