HRA contributes to the fight against human rights abuses committed worldwide, our network is particularly developed in the Middle East and French-speaking Africa. Our goal is to take any possible stride in defense of minorities. In order to support the victims and their family best, our teams required to be as knowledgeable as possible about events, through direct sources and testimonies. These testimonials and documents will be treated confidentially by us. After verification, the RHA will address the victims according to the cases considered as the highest priority and according to its possibilities of action in the affected countries.

Our policy :

The HRA will not hesitate to support victims when: - The violation of the basic rights is considered as major and affects a large number of individuals. - The case has been set aside or neglected by large NGOs, institutions or courts.
